The 2003 Original Sushi Competition
built on the success of the 2002 competition by generating interest
in, and awareness of, Japanese cuisine in the UK. Moreover, the Grand
Final in April formed the perfect finale for the competition. However,
it's not too early to start thinking about next year's competition!
Planning has already started on making next year's competition bigger
and better.
We are determined to carry its purpose further, and expand upon the
education dimension of the competition, and hope to contribute to
food development in the UK.
