Events
During the build up to the Final Event, a series
of competition related events, featuring lectures,
demonstrations and workshops from visiting Japanese
Sushi Master Chefs, were held in
various UK locations. This series kicks off at
Zilli Fish Too, one of award-winning Italian celebrity
chef/restaurateur Aldo Zilli's Central London restaurants
and during the event, Zilli will present his unique
'Italian Sushi' starter dishes - both an unusual
position for sushi and a significant moment in
the "Internationalization" of sushi. These dishes
will be available at the restaurant during its
following "Japanese Week".
