Sushi Needs Your Ideas! |
Get
busy in your kitchen, create your own revolutionary
new sushi dish and enter it in The Original
Sushi Competition and you could win a pair
of return flights to Japan or other great
prizes.Finalists will be invited to the competition's
Final Event at Matsuri High Holborn on 27th
April 2004, where final judging will take
place.

To enter
the competition, simply come
up with an original sushi recipe(s)
for which you may use any ingredients
you like as long as your sushi
includes sushi rice (
click here for recipe) .
Judging is based on taste, presentation
and originality. You may want
to base your idea on existing
sushi forms, and if so, referring
to traditional sushi recipe books
may be helpful, but feel free
to let your imagination go wild!
