Miso Mozzarella Sushi
Chikako Aoki, Grand winner
Type: Nigiri sushi

 
Makes 4 pieces
60g sushi rice
4 slices mozzarella cheese
100g brown miso
100g haccho miso
chili powder
2 almond (halved)
2 spring onions (sliced)
4 strips nori
4 strips carrot
  1 Mix the ingredients of the marinade mixture well.
  2 Drain the cheese thoroughly and marinade in the
mixture for a few days.
  3 Make 4 sushi rice pieces.
  4 Place the slice of cheese on each rice piece.
  5 Garnish with carrot, nori spring onions and almond
